What to write to us about
- Something isn't working. Include the page you were on, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- A listing came out wrong. Tell us the item type and which field was off (brand, size, condition). It helps us improve the drafts.
- Account or data requests. To delete your account, your photos or your listings, email from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.
- Corrections to our guides. If a fee, rule or number in an article looks out of date, tell us which article and we'll check it against eBay's current rules.
- Ideas and partnerships. We read these too.
Before you write, the About page explains what AutoPhotoList does and doesn't do yet, and the seller guides cover most eBay questions.
