About AutoPhotoList

Why it exists

Sourcing and shipping are the parts of reselling that make money. Typing the same details into the same eBay form for every item is not. AutoPhotoList started as a way to stop doing that: take a few photos, get a first draft, fix what's wrong, and move on to the next item.

We sell on eBay ourselves, which is why the guides on this site focus on what actually happens when you list, price and ship, not theory.

How it works

You upload photos. AutoPhotoList sends them to AI vision and text-recognition services that read the brand, model, size, color and visible condition. It then drafts a title of up to 80 characters, a description, a suggested category and item specifics. You review everything, edit what you like, and copy it into eBay.

What it can't do

• It can't test an item. Whether something works is always your call, and the AI never assumes it does.
• It can get brand, size or condition wrong, especially from unclear photos. Fields it's unsure about are flagged for your review.
• It doesn't publish to eBay for you yet. You copy the draft into eBay's listing form.

Your photos and data

Photos are processed by third-party AI services to produce your draft. We explain what we store and how to ask for deletion in the Privacy Policy.
